get on one’s nerves 惹人生氣，讓人厭煩。
照字母上來看這句話就是碰到某人的神經了，引申為讓某人生氣的意思。比如說別人一直取笑你，你不高興就可以說You get on my nerve . 這句話的意思跟jump on one’s back 差不多，jump on my back 就是說某人惹到你，讓你生氣了。試想如果有一個人在你背上跳啊跳的，那會是什么樣的感覺？所以凡是有人惹到你，讓你不高興，就可以警告說You are jumping on my back !
