⑴要求別人做什么事時，不能單純地用命令句，要在其后面加上please,或者Couls you…?

⑶如果你覺得自己要做的事會給對方帶來麻煩的話，常用Do you mind if…?

在被問到Do you mind it…?而要回答“介意”時，要用I’drather you didn’t,而不是Yes, I do mind.

⑷在否定句里，如果用I’m afraid…或I’m sorry,but …會使語氣更為緩和。
