      IV.Translate the following into English orally.

         C: 不敢當(dāng)。我們通常的付款條件是采用保兌的不可撤銷的的信用證付款。憑即期匯票在提交裝船意氣時(shí)付款。
         F:我明白了。那我什么時(shí)候要開(kāi)出信用證呢?
         C:一般地說(shuō),信用證應(yīng)該在裝船月份前30天到達(dá)我方。如果訂單要求立即裝運(yùn),則應(yīng)以電報(bào)方式開(kāi)出。
         F:這可以理解。就我們眼下這筆訂單,你們能否同意采用承兌交單付款方式呢?你瞧,這是樣品性質(zhì)的訂單。
         C:很抱歉,我們不能同意承兌交單付款方式。承兌交單只有在買賣雙方非常了解,并且?guī)缀醪粫?huì)發(fā)生不付款的情況下才使用。如果貨物發(fā)出,到達(dá)目的地遭到拒絕,我們將處于十分被動(dòng)的地位。
