     崗位職責是指一個崗位所要求的需要去完成的工作內容以及應當承擔的責任范圍。明確了崗位職責可以有效地防止因職務重疊而發生的工作扯皮現象、提高內部競爭活力，更好地發現和使用人才、提高工作效率和工作質量、規范操作行為等作用。所以，在求職面試過程中，求職者對應聘崗位的制作主動加以詢問，表明求職者對待這份工作的興趣濃厚，工作態度積極主動等良好心態，是一個遵守規章、做事效率高的人。從而使面試官對你另眼看待，增加了被聘用的機會。
