Two scales make One
When an overweight friend injured her back, the doctor prescribed a muscle relaxant and exercises. Then he told her to shed 50 poundss and phone him in six weeks with a progress report. She called him right on schedule.
“How much weight did you you lose?’ Asked the doctor.
“Nineteen pounds!” my friend answered.” Ten on one scale and nine on the other.”
