在日常生活中難免出現(xiàn)一些差錯，如失約、誤解或損壞了別人的東西等；或者由于自己方面的原因引起對方的不方便，這時就應(yīng)向?qū)Ψ街潞狼浮Ｒ环獾狼感磐ǔ０铝袃?nèi)容和寫作步驟：
1． 寫作目的，即向?qū)Ψ奖硎厩敢狻?/span>
2． 解釋問題產(chǎn)生的原因。
3． 若有必要，告知對方解決問題的方案。
4． 再次為帶來的不便表示歉意。
