P:I’m the head of the Purchasing Department. We have four managers on our team and six administrative staff members.
We take care of all purchases, raw materials,components and office supplies. We travel a lot, especially to China and
The Philippines. In fact, a lot of our budget is spent on travel. But we e-mail and fax a lot, too.
We have a large open-office on the second floor of the main building and a smaller office in the satellite building.

H: I’m in charge of Human Resources. Our offices are on the third floor of the main buiding. There are ten of us in the department.We are responsible for employment and training. Nowadays a lot of our budget goes toward computer training and budget goes toward computer training and language training.

C: I head up the Communications Department. It’s very small. There are only four of us. We take care of all in-house and extemal communications and public relations. Our main responsibilities are the company newsletter, which we produce four times a year, and the annual report.
