美國(guó)的大學(xué)圖書館：
1. 哈佛大學(xué)的圖書館。哈佛大學(xué)圖書館是美國(guó)最古老的圖書館，也是世界上藏書最多，規(guī)模最多的大學(xué)圖書館。
2. 哥倫比亞大學(xué)的圖書館。1754年建立與紐約市，為英王學(xué)院圖書館，還有中國(guó)族譜、家譜、譜牒約950中，是中國(guó)的圖書館以外收集追豐富的圖書館。
3. 普林斯頓大學(xué)的圖書館。普林斯頓大學(xué)圖書館主要的館址為燧石圖書館，擁有超過600萬冊(cè)藏書，該館儲(chǔ)藏了不少優(yōu)秀的古籍和善本。
4. 芝加哥大學(xué)的圖書館。該圖書館位于芝加哥大學(xué)的校園內(nèi)，周圍被風(fēng)格迥異的建筑圍繞。設(shè)計(jì)的一個(gè)重要構(gòu)思就是把350萬冊(cè)圖書建立在精心設(shè)計(jì)的“盒子”里面。
